I am not getting any reminders

Check three things, in this order. First, iOS Settings → Notifications → Unslouch, and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Second, the Settings tab in Unslouch, where Remind me to move has to be on and today has to be one of your active days. Third, the clock: Unslouch only fires between your start and end times. The Today tab always tells you exactly when the next one is due.

A Focus mode is hiding them

Break reminders are sent as Time Sensitive, so they can break through most Focus modes, but only if you allow it: iOS Settings → Focus → your Focus → Apps, and allow Time Sensitive notifications.

How do I stop it buzzing at night?

You do not have to. Unslouch never schedules anything outside the active hours and active days you set in the Settings tab. If you work nights, set an end time that is earlier than your start time (for example 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and the window will run overnight.

How does the streak work?

A day counts toward your streak if you completed at least one break. Days you did not schedule — your weekend, for instance — are skipped rather than counted as misses, so a Monday-to-Friday schedule keeps its streak over the weekend. Today cannot break your streak until the day is over.

Can I log a break without opening the app?

Yes. Press and hold the notification and tap Done, or Snooze 10 min if you are in the middle of something.

The widget is not updating

The widget recalculates your next break on its own schedule, and iOS decides how often that is. Opening the app once forces it to refresh. If it still looks stale, remove the widget and add it again.

The Dynamic Island countdown disappeared

The Live Activity only runs when your next break is less than four hours away, and iOS ends it after a few hours regardless. Open the app and it comes back. You can turn it off entirely in Settings.

Are these exercises safe?

They are ordinary desk breaks — rolling your shoulders, looking out of a window, drinking water. Move gently and stop if anything hurts. Unslouch is not medical advice and is not a treatment for any condition. If you have an injury or a condition that affects movement, ask a clinician first.

Does it cost anything?

No. Unslouch is free, has no in-app purchases and no subscription.
